| Old West Saddle Shop Policy Statement Once agreement has been reached to purchase a custom saddle from Old West Saddle Shop, the Client will forward a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price of the saddle to be built to Old West Saddle Shop. If we have determined that Old West Saddle Shop does not have the appropriate tree on hand, upon receipt of the deposit a tree will be ordered. Delivery time of trees is approximately 60-90 days (some specialty trees may take longer). Construction start time of an individuals saddle will be determined by date of receipt of deposit. Completion time will determined your place in my work on hand. Balance and shipping will be due on NOTIFICATION of completion of the saddle. Saddle will shipped on receipt of balance due. If, in our discussion it has been determined some amount of tree fitting and/configuration needs to take place, ie. that we will trial fit a tree to your horse, once I receive your deposit I agree ship the insured tree at no additional cost to you, and you agree return the insured tree at your expense Additionally, it is also part of our policy to work out our agreement so neither party has any surprises Please ask questions !!!!!, Let us be in agreement at the beginning of our conversations.
